I purchased a Philippe Richard pots and pans collection and mailed the rebate on the same day. I have copies of the Proof of Purchase tab, the receipt, and the rebate coupon. I went over the coupon several times to make sure I missed nothing, and wrote as legibly as possible. There were no errors.
Purchased on 12/29/05 at the JC Penney at the Northridge Fashion Center in California, I am terribly surprised that such a well known company would have anything to do with these liars. For me, it counts against both companies. It has been over 70 days, and not a word from them - not to mention a check.
