I too was ripped off by Philippe Richard collection. I bought pots and pans stating there was a $20.00 rebate. I bought these at JC Penny's at Courtland Mall in Burton Michigan. It is now 16 weeks later and no rebate. I made this purchase based on the promise of a $20 rebate. This company is run by crooks.
