The flowers were delivered when I was not at home on a day when it was below freezing. I checked call display and no call was made to see if I'd be home. We, myself and the person who sent them have been phoning them for 3 days now with no satisfaction in fact no contact with a real person just leaving voice mail
The recording says there is a website Bloomex.com. Wecare that I haven't found yet so that I can send them a picture of my frozen flowers
