Ripoff fraudulent bad customer service dishonest disloyal junky phones

I have had cricket for over a year. 30 days after purchasing their phone the screen went out on it. I tried having it repaired ($50.00) 15 minutes out the door the screen went blank again. I have tried for months to get a human being on the phone to talk to about this. Today I finally get someone on the phone and she tells me she is going to get the supervisor. She left me on hold for 45 minutes. She never came back.

I tried to pay my bill three times and every time the computer would say I am sorry we can not accept your payment at this time please try again tomorrw. This happened until my payment was late so there were late fees and reconnect fees. Between all of their hidden fees and broken phones they are the most expensive service I have ever had. My husbands cricket phone drops calls constantly and will not stay on for more than 2 minutes. We have replaced the battery repeatedly and had it repaired as well. Now his screen is out as well. I guess it is time to cut the losses and move on. Take my advice stay away from cricket.
