Publishers Billing Exchange
I received a subcription renewal from Publishers Billing Exchange Inc. Stating that my People magzine subscription was up for renewal, a check was sent for $87.50 magzines never received

I received a subscription for renewal of my People magazine from Publishers Billing Exchange INC. The total amount for 1 year was $175.00. I mailed them a check for $87.50 which they cashed within 8 days. We never received the People magazine. I attempted calling the 800 number with no results. I received a letter from them with big red letters in caps INVOICE PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECKS PAYABLE TO PUBLISHERS BILLING EXCHANGE, INC. These people are the lowest scum on earth, how do the look at themselves. I don't believe the have the gall to think I'm going to send them the other half of the $175.00.
