I ordered two small items on their website that were listed as “in stock” and ready to ship. After ten days and a talk with customer service, the purchase was still “processing”. Emailed them two more times and told them to either ship or refund my money.instead they told me to wait for up to two more weeks for them to check the order!
How hard is it for an employee to spend ten minutes to stuff a few small items into an envelope and mail it? How hard is for them to just tell me if the order has shipped or not? Can't customer service give me actual help other than some obviously scripted reply every time?
Now I have to wait indefinitely while they decide whether to refund my money or actually ship. My order is still listed as “processing”. Never buy from kmart.com, especially if what you're purchasing is time sensitive. I thought that their stores were bad before, but now I know that their website is even worst.
