Publishers Billing Exchange
Paid for subscription, never received. Want money back or subscription

I paid for a subscription to People magazine through this company, when delivery stopped I called People and asked why, was told my subscription was not renewed, tried to call Publishers Billing Exchange, number was to a different company.

I would like to either get my money back or have the subscription started.

I have all proof that I paid.

Since the phone number is not in service, cannot get in touch with them.
