Target is the up most example of what is wrong in service industry cooperate America today. After losing the recipt in the parking lot of a $30.00 item I purchased, the employyee only offered a $7.00 store credit without the reciept. No effort was made for compromise simply the gleeful quoting of company policy by the various Stepford employees!
I was given an E-mail adress to report my dis-satisfaction Guess what? It doesent work!!!
You gotta' love the fact that they refer to a customer as a "guest." I suppose this is to make things somewhat more palletable when they rip you off!
