Me and my husband started services with AHS on 12/01/08 after having a conversation with our mortgage sales rep. Sales rep described AHS as the best option for homeowners if repairs would be needed for appliances, plumbing or automatic garage opener. We did have our mortgage for couple of years and had no problems with them so far, so we decided to give it a try. The cost was around $42-$43 a month and Sales rep said that it could be refunded at any time if we were not satisfied with the service. Before signing up, we made sure that automatic garage opener as well as garage door was covered as this was the only thing that did not have any paperwork or any info about it when we bought the house. Sales Rep assured us that we would be covered and if any repairs would be needed, we would pay only fixed $60 for a visit of AHS technician; he gave us then service phone # and asked to identify ourselves if calling verifying the property address. After having service with them for 6 months and them automatically withdrawing money from our checking account on the monthly basis, our garage door stopped working.
