On my AT&T bill added charges for messaging totaling $9.19. Never hear of them and didn't agree to any service

Agora Solutions added $9.19 on my AT&T land line phone bill without my permission. I never heard of this company. I neither spoke or order anything from Agora Solutions. If you look on the internet there are many complaints about them. It is a con on customers. AT&T needs to not enable crooks.
