You buy a new vehicle that comes with a 3 month trail subscription to XM satellite already activated upon taking delivery. You do not renew. You get telemarketing calls to get you to renew. You ignore. Then the company uses a collection agency to pressure you into renewing it appears.
If I knew that was the case when I took delivery of a new Chevy, I would have made sure teh radio subscription would not have been activated at delivery.
XM/Sirius is a scum bag company in their business practices... They charge to much for services and when one like me that has little use of them and decline a renewal they resort to such low level tactics as using a collection agency to pressure you back.
I refuse to play... And I resent their business tactic to ignore the word "NO" I do not wish to renew.
Others have stated they have had this experience. We need to unite in a class action suit. Vonage was engaged in similar practices and a class action suit has just been settled. XM/Sirius needs their rude awakening also.
