Ripoff rip-off They promised a free install, but then say they nevered promised it

Bought a satillite dish, salemen tells you they will install it for free. They say they will call 24 to 48 hours to set up appt. They never call and when you call them they tell you that they never said that and you have the pay them 100.00 to have someone install it. They suck!!!
