Complaint / review text:
#1 Got voicemail from AEI on Fri night @1000 pm when I got home from work. Voicemail said that they would have to reset my appt. They are to busy overbooked!
#2 Called Dish Network @1015 they told me to call 920-865-2133 when they open @ 0700 Note: She told me that I could tell them to make a another install to stop and get to my install?
#3 Woke up and called AEI @ 0745 main office in WI. DON'T KNOW WHY I DID NOT GET LOCAL OFFICE NUMBER IN MICHIGAN! Anyway they knew nothing of the matter and I was still set for install between the hours of 1200-1700 on Sat the 18th. He placed me on hold for 15 min. When he came back on the line he said The local office would contact me within 30 min?
#4 Never got phone call from local office within the time quoted for? Gave some more time. 15 to 20 mins.
#5 Called main office back (because I don't have local office phone # and cannot find it anywhere?) Agent from customer service said that the person that is going to call me is not in yet and would call when he gets into the office? Who is Agent talking to at this time at my local office and why cannot that person call me? I tried to get local office #from Nick hung up very fast? Why!
#6 Tech for AEI I guess that was he's name called @ 0915 and said he was the installer and he was just too busy to get to my appt. I ask him who to contact about this and why does he have to call who's in the local office? No answer! Just SAID TO BUSY SORRY and I was very busy as well and took off work today for this install and was was very upset about this matter ask what to do said I don't know I'm loosening money to by not making your aptt. Phone call ended noting resolved and no reset appt.
#7 I tried to call Dish Network about this matter but not open yet I'm in eastern time you are in pacific time zone. Just what to know why is the third Time I've had install problems from your company. Note to much to write about the last to very bad matters.!!!
