There wasn't much for me to review with this product - it didn't work at all. Plugged it in; my pc recognized it, but it would not install. Spent 3 hours with customer service, who were very nice, but ultimately there was nothing we could do to get it to install. I've got a Gateway Nv52 laptop running Windows Vista. Everything else I've tried to install has worked, but this didn't. Not even a little bit.
