I obtained a TomTom Navigation GPS system like a Christmas-Gift from my child.
I introduced the TomTom Navigation GPS system towards the Birmingham, Mo shop on 12-26 09 to come back since I'd obtained a reproduction present for Holiday. Sammy (lastname unknown) was my customer support worker and he mentioned he'd finish my return giving me a Wal Mart Giftcard. I contended using the Boss - I don't understand his title. The Boss further explained he couldn't provide me money since it wasn't MY CASH that bought the present within the first place. I rebutted declaring which was the goal of the present delivery. Sammy, the client support worker mentioned they might not provide income since I didn't purchase the present with my very own cash, again I rebutted the thinking of it being truly a present in my experience which was the goal of the present delivery. I subsequently requested the store-manager to contact law enforcement. He explained he'd not. I required he contact the police since he'd cash that belonged to me he wasn't providing me of course if I got anything from Wal Mart that didn't fit in with me, they'd contact law enforcement. The store-manager declined to contact law enforcement. I experimented with contact law enforcement on my mobile phone, but I really could not obtain a link. The store-manager explained to create the initial bill AND present bill plus they might provide money in return. This event happened roughly at 8;00 pm on 12-26 09. I quit this shop in Birmingham, Mo. I subsequently named my child to request if she'd the initial receipt and he or she mentioned she didn't since she thought which was the goal of having something special delivery. NO QUESTIONS ASKED of how I needed this return. I subsequently advised Lisa I'd simply strolled out-of Walmart Store #1177 @ 201 Highlands Boulevard Travel, Birmingham, MO 63011 and was INFORMED IT HAD BEEN SHOP PLAN this return needed to be in a Walmart Giftcard. Lisa mentioned when she's provided something special bill, she treats it as though it's a receipt - that will be the reason behind having something special receipt within the first place. I thanked Lisa. Our criticism is against Wal Mart Store #1177,201 Highlands Boulevard Travel, Birmingham, MO 63011 for not providing me money on my return and requiring I have a gift-card since I just had something special receipt and never the initial bill. Additionally I'm creating a criticism from the store-manager for not calling law enforcement after I required him to do this 2 differing times when he declined to provide me money for my return. This present was purchased at Wal Mart Supercenter Store #805,653 Gravois Bluffs Blvd, Fenton, MO 63026 on 12/09/09. There's NOTHING mentioned on my present bill that it's shop plan to provide me a return in something special card and never money and also the store-manager didn't show-me any shop plan saying this reality.
