On Jan 01, I delivered 2 established Phillips toothbrush that I obtained as present for Holiday that have been about $300, I didn’t possess the present bill so Kohls decrease the cost and provide me back the bill of evidence of return, plus they explained that I'll get the shop charge card about 7 or 10 business days. Notice nothing from Kohls after 14 days. I attempt to contact the organization reimbursement workplace. Twice each day, 30 or 45 minute each contact, no body answer the telephone. I returned and have the client support cashier that we delivered the item. They explained attempt to create some phone. I informed her that I try-hard but no body get the telephone. I requested to obtain back the item I delivered. Guess what happens, they stated they don’t contain it, plus they won’t go back. What's this??? They Actually took my employees plus they won’t actually hand back the store credit. Okay! Kohls, should you don’t would like to get back the item without bill, simply declined the return in first-place, don’t play-like that. Provide the guarantee after which dismissed it.
