Ceramicportraits.com promised to make a beautiful memorial portrait of our family members that are no longer with us. After paying hundreds of dollars to this company no satisfactory portraits were ever made. When we inquired about the status we never received an answer. We tried calling them and they don't answer their phone. This company took money from us when we were in a vulnerable state of grieving our loved ones.
