Paid for portrait as a gift. Never received portrait. After many phone calls, emails to every email address they have, NOW all emails returned as undeliverable, phone lines busy. Unable to get any response from this company. Natiownide

Ordered portrait in Feb. After mutiple calls & emails, still have not received portrait. No longer able to communicate with this company. All phone lines busy& emails returned. This company vetted by HSN & Pet Product. It will be a long time before I order anything from any comany on line again. This ripoff hurts all legitimate businesses. I would hope they is some way to get my picture & money back but won't hold my breath.
