Ordered three (3) oil portraits for family tree in early March. Everly lost two (2) original pictures and also made repeated requests for additional pictures for clarity and detail.
After three weeks of constant contact with a specialist, Everly finally e-mailed a proof for one portrait. With hopes high I approved and was told to expect the final within 6 weeks. Aftern 8 weeks and multiple phone calls i wash told that the first portrait was drying and they had started on portrait number two. Ten weeks later and the last week in May brought nothing but busy signals.
The only bright light is HSN. On 9 June I received a letter from HSN informing me of Everly's closing and offering a refund. They also processed a request to return my photographs.
