Had a very bad experience with this unethical group that calls themselves a moving company.
Not ONE piece of furniture was protected or even wrapped before being taken out to the truck. When questioned about this practice, they argued with the client and made manipulative "double-talk" and mean faces.
They damaged several pieces of furniture that clearly had been damaged from being strapped to the truck without any blankets or any cardboard, foam, or any of the products that are supposed to be used when moving a person.
This was a horrible, horrible experience. They never took responsibility for any of the damages.instead, "mind games" get played.
Also, they took it upon themselves to violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act when I complained to them about their bad services and withheld a small portion of the bill until they fixed my furniture. They refused any responsibility but were so unethical that they illegally sent fraudulent paperwork to the credit bureaus in an attempt to "get back" at me for withholding a small portion of their bill until the items were completely repaired.
Apparently, I have read that they played a similar game on someone else who had the regrettable experience of moving with these monsters.
These two "brothers" are rip off con men who have no business moving high end people.
