I hired 2 Brothers Moving to pack a truck for a cross country move (Washington State to Georgia). When the truck arrived in GA all of my furniture was damaged due to lack of packing and use of blankets.
My dining room table was NOT taken apart but was only placed in the back of the truck with a blanket on top of it. Then they proceeded to stack boxes and containers on it to the ceiling. The legs collapsed and broke off due to the large amount of weight placed on top of the table.
When I called Adam to explain I was told that "it is not standard procedure to remove the legs from dining tables". I don't know what planet he lives on but anyone with a slight amount of intelligence knows that this should be done. Then I was told "I can't talk to you about this right now, I am in a meeting".
I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them now. PLEASE PLEASE don't use these guys! They are very unprofessional!!! I had damage to most of my furniture. It was so bad that the movers on the unloading side offered to submit affidavits to the bad condition that this furniture was packed.
