These guys are a joke.
One misplaced bill thats not paid, second bill recieved and its the "oh crap" moment, second bill payment (with penalty fee) sent the next mornng, then "DISCONNECTION NOTICE" letter received the next day.
Date of last payment 10/27, they sent disconnection notice letter 12/01, so what that? 33/34 days? NICE!
They do not have an autopayment option or any of that modern day 1980s stuff. Oh no, you have to mail out your check every month, each time in a nice new envelope using a nice new stamp.
But hey, they have you by the you-know-whats, nobody else provides water around here.
They should be brought to task.
