Citizen Tax (citizentax.com) is a very unreliable tax service, and I would strongly caution against employing this company for e-filing your tax return. I have e-filed my returns for years, and have had much success in doing so until I used citizentax.com.
My Federal Return was rejected, but I received no notification or correspondence from Citizen Tax. My friend, who also used Citizen Tax to file her return, was also rejected and not notified.
My friend and I both believe that we filed our returns correctly, and that it was the fault of Citizen Tax — who is unreachable by email, mailing address, and phone. The reasons the IRS gave to my friend and I for having our returns rejected were different — mine was the result of "Previous Year Adjusted Gross Income" which I know that I entered correctly on my return, and my friend's was the result of "Incorrect Filing Status" (ie: single or married) which is just absurd.
Not only did Citizen Tax not contact me in any way, except with an ambiguous receipt for payment (money that I paid for this rip off service), but their system will not allow me to log back in, further preventing me from contacting them in any way.
Citizen Tax and Republic Tax (the websites are exact replicas of each other) are completely unreliable and people should exercise extreme caution before using these services.
