Colleen Cost - store manager, Bob Shine - regional manager. All the complaints on this site are true - they ruined my engagement ring

I told them absolutely no repairs - that I wanted it replaced entirely. The store manager Colleen Cost gave it to her regional manager Bob Shine. He took the ring to the butcher|jeweler he uses at Zales despite my protests! I only gave Colleen permission to SHOW it to Bob and forbade ANY REPAIRS! As per all of the complaints on this site made by other users - THEY RUINED MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!! They stole the center stone out of it and replaced it with one that I'm not sure is real - I'll be having it tested at another jeweler.

I am livid, I am sick, my blood pressure is through the roof, I can't sleep at night, I burst into tears and am suffering from bouts of depression and anxiety now! There is no justice in this world when a jewelry store is free to bilk and rob the entire neighborhood at will. My engagement ring is precious to me and now it is RUINED!!!
