I told them absolutely no repairs - that I wanted it replaced entirely. The store manager Colleen Cost gave it to her regional manager Bob Shine. He took the ring to the butcher|jeweler he uses at Zales despite my protests! I only gave Colleen permission to SHOW it to Bob and forbade ANY REPAIRS! ...

Colleen Cost - store manager, Bob Shine - regional manager. They took my ring without my permission and DESPITE my refusals and sent it to their jeweler! That's THEFT of my personal property! I've been talking to the police now!
