EEOC stonewalls victim in order to not find against employe

Fired without cause and complaint filed with EEOC in August. Since then, investigation and more investigation and no results. Below are e-mails sent to Miami office and to Washington DC. It is now the end of October and I'm still waiting for the results of the investigation.
E-mail to Dir of EEOC in Miami Sept 23
I'm contacting you for a status on the results of the investigation. It has been a year since the investigation was initiated, and a month has passed since the final pieces of evidence was gathered by [investigator].

The facts are clear: I'm in a protected class, fired without cause and replaced immediately (within 24 hours) with a younger, less qualified, less educated individual.

The defense the employer has given has changed three times over the period of the investigation. First it was the lack of placement activity and derogatory comments by me to a student. That was proven wrong so then the reason was my uncovering public facts about a student's criminal activity which the Campus Director claimed (wrongly) was private information. That was proven not to be the case. Finally she claimed my agressive behavior in a meeting was the cause of my termination. As proof she offered witness testimony of two people other than herself that she claimed were the only people in the meeting. She lied to [investigator] when she said who actually was at the meeting and witnessed this behavior. I was able to show that the Director of Education, the Program Directors of Massage Therapy and Medical Assistants were also present and they testified that the Campus Director had lied. What more do you need to know?

Mr...: Can you do anything to help me here? A month ago the investigator said she had forwarded her investigation results to management. Why wouldn't there be a resolution by now? It seems that the EEOC in Miami is not willing to come to a conclusion on the facts of the case. You have looked at the complete file. Am I wrong in my interpretation of the facts? I'm in a protected class, fired and replaced by a younger less qualified person, and the company lied to the investigator as to the reason for the firing (changing their story three times). Thanks.

Follow up e-mail to EEOC representative in Washington Oct 21
I just got a call from the investigator on my case. She informed me she is still typing up the results of her investigation to hand over to management. She finished her investigation in mid August, and it is now mid October. This attempt at stonewalling is beyond belief.
Epilogue
I went so far as to pull together all the documentation and mail it to the new Director of the EEOC in Washington. Nothing.
