Black supervisor discriminated against me and other white female employees. She fired 2 and 2 resigned under duress

I started working at UAB Clinic in Montgomery, AL in 2006. From the very beginning the black supervisor that took over the department had started harassing me and other white female employees with minor things that she allowed her black employees to get away with. At first I overlooked this as just her way of getting adjusted to being in charge of more than 3or4 employees.

The comments and harassing continued. Myself and the other white female employees decided that we had received enough of mistreatment and went to the Administrator. We explained the situation and was met with disbelief that this supervisor would do something like this.

We went several times to the Administrator and she just disregarded our complaint. The Administrator told me that I was lying and none of what I told her was true. She also disregarded the other employees complaints as well.

One of the white female employees filed a discrimination complaint with the EEOC in Birmingham, AL against this black supervisor but, the EEOC dropped the complaint and said that there was no case.

The black supervisor then put the two white employees who had been there almost 2 years on another six months probation. The two white employees under this duress decided to resign. At this point this supervisor got more aggressive with me as her way of getting me to also resign.

I then filed a complaint with the EEOC in Birmingham in Nov. Of 2008. I was then fired by this black supervisor in Feb. 2009. She said I gave medical advice to a patient. I did not. I ask to see the evidence or witness statement to prove my violation and she could not produce any evidence or witness to show I violated any policy.

I have been to the EEOC office in Birmingham several times and ask to go over my file. I only wanted to see and get copies of the information that I sent to them. I was told I could not get any copies of anything. Not even what I sent to the EEOC as evidence or the dates they received them.

My file has been given to eight different investigators at the EEOC office and evidence that showed retaliation is now missing. Also, the date on the envelope that was stamped when it arrived at the EEOC office was stamped on Feb. 18 one day after I was terminated. But the contents which was the complaint was held out and stamped seven days later on Feb. 24. This way I could not file retaliation for being terminated as part of my discrimination complaint.

I saw the date on the envelope when I met with one of the investigators to go over my file. I ask to have a copy of the envelope and I was denied. The envelope was hand addressed by me. The investigator got very nasty and rude and started yelling at me. He told me that I didn't need any copy of anything. His supervisor was also in the room with us at the time this was going on and she also looked at the date on the envelope and ask him to give me a copy and he refused.

The investigator then closed my filed got up and said he was done. Then walked out of the room. The envelope is now missing from my file. I have spoken to the director at the EEOC in Birmingham and even filed a complaint against this investigator but never received any answer as to my complaint.

I even called Washington, DC EEOC office and filed a complaint regarding the way I have been mistreated. I never received any response from Washington that even suggested that my complaint I filed had been investigated.

I have been told by the EEOC office in Birmingham that they could not find any wrong doing and have now close my case.

I also lost my unemployment and was denied a new hearing. I have a tape recording of the visit of the investigator who was so rude to me admitting the envelope was in my file the day I was in the office. I did get his verbal permission on tape before we continued recording.

I want to go to court but that cost money. I would even represent myself the best way I could. Also, I would make a call to the news media
to get them at the courthouse in hopes of getting the public to take notice that whites are being discriminated against by blacks in the work place.

I am so tired of hearing that justice is meant for all. If that is true then why are so many people having a hard time getting that justice if it is according to the law that is written.

There is more to this story but it is too long to submit.
