I filed a complaint, a report of discrimination against my employer. My claims of Retailation and deliberate bad faith that was done with malice against me fell on deaf ears. The representative that screened my complaint seemed to have an agenda to protect the employer. Even though at first this was puzzling to me, and I did not want to believe what I suspecting because I believed that the EEOC was there to protect the worker. It soon became obvious to me that the EEOC representative was more focused on deliberately misleading me and to withhold information that would help me to bring legal action against my employer.
The thing that I have not yet found out is why. If you go to the website of the EEOC www.eeoc. Gov and read what there purpose and objective is. Why would an agency that was originally designed to help the employee now be against that employee. Well I am on a mission to find the answers.
