On July 21, I purchased a sewing machine from RobertsSewing Center Weber Rd., Crest Hill, IL 60403-1974 phone (815) 729-1600. An advertisement came inmy newsletter form Roberts stating that I would receive a 100% CASHBACK REBATE—$3,000.00 -on sewing machine after 35 months. I purchased machine and necessary software in goodfaith. I followed all promotionalconditions. I sent my final papers torebate company at the designated time and my papers came back with statement onun-opened letter stating moved no address. After talking with many people who also purchased machinesfrom Roberts, I learned No has received theirrebate. Ihave also learned that Husqvarna had alsoadvised all dealers not to participate in rebate program. I am sure that Roberts Sewing Centerwas rewarded for the amount of sales that were made due to the cash back incentive. Although much time has passed since I made mypurchase, I recently learned that other dealers were selling the same machineand software for much less money. Possibly I should have done somehomeworkhowever Roberts wasmy sewing store. At this point I do not know what I can do to recover myfunds. I was lied to by both Robertsand Cash Back America / United States Administrative Services, Inc, 18950 U.S. Highway441, #306, Mt Dora, Florida. Please, if you could - help in any way you can.
