Purchased a sewing machine (serger) from Country Stitches in Jackson, Michigan and was offered a 100% cash rebate in 36 months if all conditions were met, as an incentive to buy the machine. I met all conditions, have certified receipts from the company that my documentation was received and have to rebate check to date. The company emails are invalid and the telephone number is not in service. The thing that bothers me the most about this, is the fact that a valid copy of your driver's license was one of the requirements in the documentation. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Florida and will be filing a complaint with Country Stitches.
