I put an order for furniture feet and wheels on 2/25/09. After I didn't get the order following a couple weeks, I named and was informed the things were on back-order. I named every couple weeks looking into the things and was usually informed these were on back-order. I foolishly waited 4 weeks before rescheduling the purchase on 7/8/09. Ever since then I've been looking to get my money returned. I've named and remaining numerous communications for that operator Kris and was usually informed he'd contact me straight back. I've never obtained just one phone. I've also delivered numerous emails with no reaction. I simply need a reimbursement at this time.
