Laser tube requested 1/13/07. Compensated with PayPal. After many weeks, no capsule. Named 800-number and was informed that it had been on backorder and could be delivered. Waited several more months. Named and was informed that it'd be shipped 24 hours later. Waited several more months and named and was informed that it'd be shipped. On 3/2/07 I canceled the order and have been waiting for a refund ever since. Each time I contact I'm informed the reimbursement may possibly be published in 7 to 10 times or nowadays, based on who I spoke to at that time. I've delivered many emails and quit many telephone communications, none which have ACTUALLY been delivered. On 3/29 I had been informed the reimbursement could be published in 24 hours.
