I positioned two purchases with Natural Benefit one on 1/8/09, and also the other a couple of days later. Our second-order arrived per week later. After waiting per week 5 more for that first order in the future, I named and was educated the items were on back-order. After three more calls with no more information I obtained my purchase on 3/11/09. I named the organization again and that I was informed they might not cost my bill till they obtained the merchandise, the thing is that area of the purchase continues to be on back-order despite the fact that I had been billed the entire quantity, which based on the organization they CAn't do. Due to this overdue cost, my consideration has become within the damaging and also the organization won't assist in any method to attempt to solve this. For me getting the cash out-of my consideration 8 weeks later is undesirable. I settled on 1/8/09, the money should have been taken out or I should have been told about their procedure. Not just did I contact them about the telephone but I sent the organization to try and get info but was overlooked, till I acquired a cargo bill. Along with this there's a $5 cost on deal when utilizing a charge card.
