I ended this purchase #30977 after I delivered from responsibility in Afghanistan in March (4 March) this is actually the center of May and that I still haven't obtained my reimbursement of $166.20, as previously mentioned from the customer support consultant Linda, I also provide mail verification of my canceled purchase also it says that the reimbursement check is likely to be shipped within 6 months. Well its previous 2 months today with no reimbursement or contact hasbeen created using me. I've quit numerous emails and telephone communications using the customer support employees in addition to who owns MAACS Allison Macdonald without any responses. I've waited more than six months for my purchase. I've been informed numerous occasions that I'd be getting my product equally about the phone and emails by which I'd preserved. I required a reimbursement after which examined about the standing of the reimbursement I had been informed they have not obtained this and may not observe that I've required a reimbursement and ended my purchase. I actually do have a contact conformation of the termination. Then your operator of MAACS was asking with me to maintain the purchase by which I ended and proceed waiting I e mailed her back and plainly mentioned my discontent with this purchase and needed my reimbursement. At that time of purchase there is no info helping this wait on the site or purchase verification it was really deceptive they must be upfront using their client at that time of purchase and advise their clients of setbacks. No reaction after numerous efforts to solve this issue or even to examine the position of reimbursement. I've made connection with the dog owner Allison Mcdonad, Christa, Sally, AJ, and Linda without any resolve.
