This company obviously does not want to hire professionals to train. If the President were the president of the company he would not advertise this way. When you get a call back that they are interested you will talk with Elizabeth or Jocelyn.
The first thing you should ask is how many interviews do you require for hiring? I have worked for two fortune 500 companies and one of them was in the northcoast99. I can tell you for a fact that it only took one interview for both of those jobs.
Best I can tell is this job is for cold calling for AT&T and I believe the president wants you to work to make him money while he looks for your replacement in a couple of months. My guess is this is a revolving door company with no longevity.
