US Preferred Realty Company committed fraud. The company stole money by refusing to remit payments to us, the homeowners

Valley Executive Property management steals rental proceeds from the homeowners. They withhold fees outside of the contract and refuse to remit payments to the homeowners.in addition, they garnish funds assigned to a trust account which is highly illegal.
