In 2009 Spencer Milli built and sold 3 different new homes. Each of the new homes have mechanics liens on them due to the fact Spencer Milli failed to pay subcontractors in full for work performed on each of the homes.in addition, Enterprise Bank, from which Spencer Milli obtained several different loans to buy empty lots and to build display homes have now foreclosed on all of the properties owned by him. Furthernmore, Preferred Property Realty has a court judgement against the company and Spencer Milli for $7,500 for unpaid rent. (Missouri Court Case Number 0811-CV11379)
I would urge everyone to NOT consider Realty 1, LLC operated by Spencer Milli as a listing agent for any type of property or as a builder for a new home.
