NEWs Insurance, Bobby Babaknia contracted Officeblvd.com to fill empty space in their offices. We performed our duties, but News Insurance refuses to pay the referral fee. The referral fee was 10%, and even after the services has been performed, officeblvd.com agreed to lower the fee to 5%. But Payment was never made. News Insurance finally said that because there was no signed agreement between the two parties, they simply won't pay. Even after all the email and phone conversations were made confirming fees and services, they still refuse to pay.
