Bought 8 gallons Duracoat Red 739M on 3-24-08. Mounted on record house per specifications distributed by G YS. Named on 9-25-08 and delivered caulking puchased for just two additional gallons of Duracoat Red 739M. Customer support was excellent after I bought as well as changed products on 9-25-08. The layer organized thru the wintertime & spring, late summer we observed the layer just starting to split and peel. I've named often because the first week in August. We've quit several good messages requesting them to call-back. We'venot had a call-back however by September 1. The product is meant to become warrrantied for 15 years. I really could just connect one picture but have a lot more. I also provide pictures of ready work and software completed.
