Long story short, I requested a bolero coat (picture 1) from Ugly Hair Imports plus they delivered another/incorrect layer (view pictures 2). Pictures 3,4, 5 may be the layer I really obtained. Based on Ugly Hair Imports' guidelines, once they create a error, they provide an exchange a return. They did neither; alternatively the agreed to change the layer (simply because they didn't wish to have a monetary damage) as well as in change they destroyed it (pictures 6,7) and anticipate me to become pleased. Notice the 2nd period I delivered the layer, the vendor refused shipping. Honestly, when the layer is changed again, it'll just be more destroyed. It wasn't until "AFTER" I submitted many grievances with Citibank, the Oregon Better Business Institution and also the Oregon Consumer Affairs Department did they "all a" wish to use me. NEVERTHELESS, Ugly Hair Imports HASN'T DONE SOMETHING! I've been returning and forth together since January 31 up to now, and today I'm caught having a layer used to do not purchase, nor need.
