I have been a customer of Aarons for over 10 years. This store in Homosassa is a joke. Every time I go into the store, which is about every 90 days I see new people. After over 4 years they have had like 6 managers. I closed my account and returned everything to this idiot manager the other day. He wanted to know why I was returning and what he could do to fix it. I told him it didnt matter he would be gone in two months anyways. I was promised by the manager before him would handle my service call, and of course he was gone (FIRED) when I called to follow up on my repair. I am not sure who manages the businesses here in Citrus but he or she is a bigger idiot than the managers they keep putting in this store. But on an interesting note my cousin tells me the same thing is going on in Crystal River? In todays market I would think keeping customers is important. I was told by one ex ast. Manager that the store is failing and that is why they cant keep managers. Look in the mirror upper management. What do you see?
