I requested Verison Wireless' SharePlan for data useage for my daughter and myself. The plan allowed us 700 minutes and in this current billing we used 104 or the 700 minute allowance. I was charged the standard rate which is $6.99 for 71 minutes used, my daughter however was charged $224.87 for 33 minutes that she used. When I notifed the Verizon representative thye acknowledged the error and said that they would credit my account $216.86 which would be deducted from future billings, but only after the supervisor approves it which hasn't occured for the last 4 days.in other words they are going to credit me over future billing periods with my own money that they acknowledge doesn't belong to them. If I pay the bill over a two month period even if the supervisor approves the arrangement they will be using my money to invest that doesn't leagally belong to them. Last time I checked this would be considered a white collar crime. I called them and told them that I would subtract the $216.86 over billing amount from the $359.29 monthly bill I received and pay them the balance but this wasn't good for them. I am going to pay them the difference only on this monthly bill. Where do I go from here?
