On 08/03 i was looking at my debt card account on line and i realized that i did not have any money i was in the -11.53 so i looked up the history transactions and two companys have taking money off my card.
So i called these companys and they both told me that the money was non-refundable. So i asked the first company, "united benefit advantage". She told me that i purchased a gas card and some other coupons, to be quite honest with you id never took the time to fill anything out on line when it comes to that. Because i dont have money to through away.
The second company " id sentinel alert" i did not need no identity thief nor montiring or any thing like that. I dont know how these companies got my info. They also told me that they sent me a booklet and the other told me that i had to print out my booklet, well number one i have no printer and i told the second company but that did not matter, i still got screwed out of my money this is B.S...
Now i have get a different debt card, i hate when these companies get away with taking peoples money without letting the people know, like " A CALL" to verify if the person wanted the purchase they suppose to have gotten on line..
Ill tell you one thing i did not want any of those two purchases. The first company took $39.95 the second company $19.99..
Please help me.
