Terrible customer service is what you can expect at San Felipe's.in at least two incidents, I've been degraded by the bar tenders after a disagreement and treated as an unwelcomed, unvalued party goer. These people do not realize I've dropped a lot of money there from multiple visits and tipped at least 20%.in this last incident, I decided not to tip after bad customer service, to only have a lead bar tender come to my table and argue with me about my decision not to tip instead of trying to understand how they can improve their service. Tipping should only be expected after customer satisfaction.
