Mike contacted me 02/20/09 regarding a Preferred Vendor Program that he was hosting in Medford April 8th.
I paid $147 to be a vendor on 2/27/09.
On 4/7/09 (one day prior to the event) I receive following e-mail from
Mikes e-mail account:
We apologize for not getting more information to you sooner. Mike is not able to be at the seminar due to serious personal issues. The event has been cancelled.
We will be processing full refunds and getting them out by April 25th at the latest. When the event is rescheduled you will be invited to participate at no cost to you. I'm very sorry for the short notice... We were still hoping to pull this together at the last minute.
No, problem. People do get sick and events are cancelled.
I have e-mailed and left voice messages to Mike at least half a dozen times since... No response whatsover.
Filing a small claims lawsuit against him and getting the FBI to to a background check on this scam artist!!!
