I bought a long guarantee for my notebook. Since it's damaged I've named numerous occasions looking to get aid plus they don't have any report of my purchase. I sent it for them but still they claim used to do not buy one. They keep providing me the runaround and that I doubt they plan to assist me whatsoever.
