BEWARE OF CIRCUIT CITY
Long story Short I purchased a TV with a several hundred dollar extended warranty (Advantage Protection Plan) from Circuit City about 8 months ago in April and for the last nearly 5 month's I have been without a working TV and they refuse to give a refund. They offer store credit for less than purchase price and they want to pro rate the warranty (tv was repaired under manufacturer warranty).
The other option is a Replacement that is not exceptable. Please Note that it has taken Nearly 5 Months to get this far and 100's of call with numerous messages!!!
I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH CIRCUIT CITY AGAIN. Why would anyone want to deal with this???
Mr. Right Says that the contract has no time limits for Circuit City to repair the items or replace them???
