We bought an X Box 360 on 08/11/07 and advantage protection plan. All was well until the X Box 360 stopped working. So we went through the process of opening a claim, sending it in and getting a refurbished unit back. That unit didn't work! I returned that one and am currently waiting for another replacement. I wasn't givin any tracking info other than tracking it to your replacement center from UPS. Was told they couldn't give me another claim number cause I already had one. I try calling to get an answer and get no were. I get put on hold then get disconnected. You can't imagine how fustrated I am getting with this whole process. We requested a gift card to replace the x-box and was refused. But it says we can get one if we request it in the protection plan contract.
