On 6.11.09 i placed an order with fashion chateau in san diego california, when the merchandise came it was damaged, i was told to return merchandise for a full refund of $116.88. I paid $7.95 for the shipping and merchandise was received by them. I did confirm that they did received the returned merchandise and was told my account would be credit on 7.6.09. After several calls to 866-888-8756, ext 710 for natalie, there was a recording several days later stating to call# 866-399-2263. I called that number and was told that fashion chateau went out of business and merchandise was purchase by couture candy who took over the business. Couture candy has advised me that they have gotten in touch with the owner of fashion chateau and was told that there is nothing they could do as they tried to credit everyone but could not. If anyone has the same experience or any advice on what i can do to get my money back, i will be happy to see your comment
