We purchased a Eureka upright vacuum cleaner (4750 Series) on May 31 from your McMurray, PA store. The vacuum came with one bag and that store location did not carry the replacement bags. We were told by a store associate that that particular model vacuum cleaner was new and they would be getting the bags in soon. The McMurray location has yet to carry the bags for this vacuum cleaner, and the Big K-Mart in Bridgeville, PA doesn't carry them either. We noticed that this same model is on sale this week. Is it common practice for you to sell items and not carry the necessary accessories to accompany them? We would appreciate a solution to this problem or we will be returning the vacuum cleaner and you would be losing a customer.
